The Non-Woodwind Player’s Guide… To Teaching Bassoon
Dr. Gary Garner & Prof. Don Lefevre present:
The Non-Woodwind Person’s Guide to Woodwind Teaching
Thursday, July 24, 1-2pm, CC217 CD
Dr. Gary Garner and Don Lefevre will discuss the challenges found in woodwind playing, and will use experts on each instrument to demonstrate techniques that will prove useful for conductors and musicians who are not woodwind players themselves.
I’m looking forward to joining colleagues from my alma mater as the bassoon expert for this illuminating clinic - I hope you’ll join us!
